AMEND on line 13 by striking the language "of Sixty Dollars ($60.00)" and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: "of not less than Forty Dollars ($40.00) nor more than Sixty Dollars ($60.00), as established by the board of supervisors,".

AMEND FURTHER the TITLE on line 1 by inserting the following after the second comma: "TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS".
